Another lovely sub-tropical garden

This one called Trebah, located near Falmouth. The were many rhododendrons out, as on Monday. These gardens are created on a gentle slope, down which a stream tumbles to sea level. I think it must have been started in Victorian times as there are many massive trees, from South America and Asia. The main is just a view across the valley showing the lovely colours.
The  first extra is of a patch of fleabane and lithospermum which caught my eye. The second extra is of massive bamboo with rhododendrons behind.
In the evening we went to a restaurant with my friend who lives in Penzance, which was a lot of fun.
