Lovely to meet up after so long.

Met up with son Chris and Oshy in the garden this pm and then ventured out on the road bike.

Managed about 24 km in an hour. Knee complains if cleated in but ok if free so switched to old flat pedals and shoes. Nice out in the lanes - first time this year.
