Weeks ago I accepted an invitation to a Eurovision Evening.

Oh Lordy. What was I thinking!

So I am tasked with providing an Italian dish (names out of hat).

So I made an Aubergine Parmegana.

To be honest I would prefer to stay home and watch The Inspectorre Montalbano at 9. Do you think I could sneak out of the Euromadness unnoticed?
