This is the statue / artwork - Verity on the pier at Ilfracombe, North Devon.
Or rather it it is part of Verity for I didn't want anyone to be shocked!
I wasn't shocked or offended in fact I thought it was rather excellent. You can query it's relevance but isn't that what art is about?
