Komodo island

Set off at 6.30 to get the boat for our trip. First stop was Padar island for a walk up the 800 steps for the view, thankfully not in the middle of the day so slightly cooler. A lot of folk as the weekend but still got some good views between the Instagrams. Then onto the other side of the island we're there is a pink beach, very beautiful, should have swam there in hindsight. Next stop Komodo island we're we saw two before off the walk way. All very restricted had to go in groups. Walked up to the water fall area we're we saw a dragon who was around 5 years old. A bit of a photo opportunity, though too many folk for my liking. Then onto a sandback snorkeling stop, however current very strong swimming back almost ended up being dragged under the boat, a bit of a scrapped leg but alive. Next stop at Manta point looking for Manta ray but due to current none around. Last stop at Kanawa island for some more snorkeling, decided to give it a miss but D did and got some great video.
