Walking through a field of buttercups

Plenty of physical activity today. A HIIT session then I went to the allotment for more planting out. Susan went to see her mum.

It was meant to be a short walk this afternoon, we ended up doing 4 miles, some of which was through another field of buttercups and countryside south of Bearsted.

Tonight it’s Uketok which I’m looking forward to. Not joined in for a while. Susan will probably get her guitar out.
