Painted Turtle

On turtle patrol again - as I keep finding them, I am getting more curious. There are nine native turtle species in Nebraska, this one is a painted turtle; found by Clio on the path.

I have genned up on sexing turtles so there may be more precise identification in future encounters.

Tommy or Tometta Turtle has been relocated (I am thinking Tommy)
