Surprise to See this Rose Bud

After a cold start things didn't improve much. No sunshine today.

There were 15 people at the Hydrotherapy class this morning. Big difference from six on Tuesday. I had to see the physio after the class to have a weigh in and he said I can continue to go as long as the class doesn't go over 20 people. 

This afternoon I had my CBCT scan to look at my sinuses. Hopefully I will get a appointment to see the specialist soon. 


I had another Migraine late yesterday afternoon..so have just put up yesterday's blip now.
