Fried chicken salad.

Alas, last night's dinner was probably my last home cooked meal on here for a while. Our fridge, which is less than 5 months old, (and replaced a fridge that was irreparably broken after only 3 years) appears to have a compressor failure. We are leaving on a month-long trip in two weeks which may add challenges to a repair or replacement schedule. Why are refrigerators so unreliable anymore?!?! (Further insult to injury: our internet just went down, so I am trying to post this using my neighborhood's rather anemic cellular signal.)
