Watching The World Go By.

Neo loves looking out the window. But I don't think he'd like to go out there, he's a nervous little thing.

He's fine walking on a lead in the back garden as long as there is no unusual noises.

I don't know why he's so nervous, but at least I don't think he will ever run away, he'd be to scared.
