Very, very hot in the surgery. Left about 4.30 and walked along canal to an old mill (Fromehall) where there was an open day at an organization called Creative Sustainability. They are doing amazing work, especially with marginalized young people : they've got a bike workshop where they teach repair skills, classes, groups, trips away, a garden project ..
