Thank you all for your concern regarding my diet... I've actually never been on one before, and while I did get a massive grump-on yesterday, there's also something about the fasting I quite enjoy. Calorie counting is completely new for me and it has been so interesting learning how many calories are in different foods. I won't continue the diet for long, just 2 or 3 more weeks.
