The reality of depression

Depression leads you to not caring about anything. This is what my living room currently looks like. It’s probably one of the tidiest rooms in the house as well at the moment. I keep the kitchen and bathroom clean and tidy but that’s it when things are bad.

This isn’t the worst it’s ever been but it’s a sign that things aren’t great for me. I do want to tidy it so that is also a sign that they aren’t awful as well.
