My Class

We had the 2nd class of Plant ID: Summer Annuals and Perennials today. Great class - a few fewer students because of the holiday tomorrow. One thing we do is to take samples of each week's plants as we walk around campus. We study 12 plants each week. Then we set them up in jars with labels so the students can study them, take photos, etc. We'll have two weeks running at a time, so the back row looks a bit shabby ;-)
