White Lettered Hairstreak

A quick foray over the back again, looking for common blues.  Plenty of skippers, ringlets and meadow browns, and then I spotted this little beauty.  I see one most years but certainly not in any numbers.

When I got home there was a comma on the wall under the kitchen window, which didn't hang around.

The wheelchair tennis was mesmerising to watch but disappointingly Alfie Hewitt didn't win.  

I'm now engrossed in the men's final.
