Crepe

Crepe with ham, cheese, béchamel, and an egg.

This was a sort of bastardized galette complète (over cooked egg, addition of béchamel, and flour batter instead of buckwheat). We intended to go to a favorite Mexican restaurant for Taco Tuesday, but the wait was absurd. We ended up at a nearby all-day breakfast spot with a hit-or-miss menu. The crepe was a miss for me.
