Up up and away.

Daniel has so much energy he rarely stops, even going from the kitchen to the living room he will stop and have a go on the pull up bar.  Clickychick and Emily were busy cooking so he and I were in the garden.  At the bottom of the garden is a Silver Birch tree.  The trunk has very few branches low down but climbing holds have been fitted (see extra).  He would nip up the three and down again in no time flat.  Spend a little time on the swing, perhaps a few practice penalties and then back up again.
