Bright red poppy in an extensive  insect attracting 'meadow' of wildflowers - borage, clovers, corn marigolds, phacelia and a knapweed which seemed to be particularly popular with bees.

This planting at Strichen Community Park has been in flower for sometime and seems to be one of the most successful and attractive sown  meadows.
