Hot Dog

What a beautiful warm, sunny morning.

Took Roxy for a walk in the forest. The bluebells are still beautiful but the ferns are now sprouting and the 'blueness' is broken up by green shoots. There was a warm breeze blowing the heady scent around the pathways.

When we got to the pond Roxy startled a duck and her seven little ducklings. I don't know who got the biggest fright. As we wandered around the pond I stopped to take some photos. I think the heat was too much for Roxy as she plonked herself down on the cool grass. Not like her at all.

Glad we went early as the sun has disappeared at the moment although it is still very muggy.
