Mare and foal

Saw this little foal and its Mum near Thornhill this morning. We had originally tried to photograph a foal on our walk earlier but when we got relatively close to it, it was lying down in the grass.

Got out hanging baskets all up today and colour is most definitely appearing everywhere in our garden.

Spoke to the new Mrs G today on the phone. A great day was had by all yesterday in Lindos. Thanks for all the lovely comments and good wishes yesterday. My blip reached Spotlight!
