We hosted, and I facilitated, a gathering today to consider how the organisation of our Quaker Meeting could be tweaked to fit the skills and personnel available to it.

I had feared it would be a bit like asking cats which herd structure they'd prefer but in the event there was a substantial agreement on one of the options.
