South Dippen

Yet another stunning day with wall to wall sun and blue skies. Believe it or note we have actually seen more sun in the last week than we did the week before in Tenerife! Mrs B and I have made a pact that when the weather is good we will pretend as far as we can that we are on holiday and do as little work as possible.

I am taking the challenge seriously and this morning took a couple of friends out fishing. Carradale Bay was like a mill pond and after some fishing off the Point, with CS catching a couple of smallish pollock, we motored across the bay to Torrisdale and then followed the shoreline back home. It was so calm the sky and hills reflected beautifully on the water and I just had to get a blip or two. This one is of South Dippen, which is about half a mile from Waterfoot.

The forecast is for the good weather to continue so the holidays look like continuing!
