Wildlife and Wildfires

Lots of comings and goings.   The boat at the dock left and Kirsten and Tatum arrived this morning. 

I spied this kingfisher out the window on the “eagle”  tree (extra)  but it wasn’t the sharpest photo… so I made this one with the fiery, smokey  sun from the last few days…same tree…which made me think how bad it is for those creatures who can’t just go inside.    Still so many people being evacuated.   where do the animals go?  
Much clearer here today tho.  And I took a WALK!  Almost, not quite, back to" normal."..
