Severn Bridge Parkrun

Parkrun is such a simple, effective idea and it brings together a lovely, diverse community of all different athletic abilities.

I tried the Severn Bridge Parkrun today (no guesses where the route goes). 5k sounds easy but it’s flat out running.

Faster than last week but not actually fast!

The picture shows the tunnel under the M48 that you pass through to get to the start. Lots of runners with 100 run T-shirts and one with 500!
