The blue doors

Sadly the building is being renovated and turned into apartments and the old blue doors have been replaced with black ones. These doors were the inspiration for one of my 52 journal quilts (shown in the extras),that was made in 2012 and exhibited in 2014 when this journal quilt was sold. The memory will live on, but it made me feel quite sad to see the doors go,
