The days are rapidly getting shorter and earlier nightfall comes as something of a surprise mixed with relief to have the evenings back to devote to something other than gardening. Coincidentally, we’ve had the electricians around for some weeks now and finally have some discreet lighting in the garden and electricity in the greenhouse. Can’t wait to get sowing.
