Father & Son

Doug and I went for quite a lengthy walk this morning from Patiti Point to the harbour entrance and back. Pretty cool and colourless day. We followed this father and son - they were having lots of fun together and was a joy to follow them. Here the wee boy is throwing stones as far as he could - he couldn't make it to the Pacific Ocean which you can see but it was a lot of fun.

This afternoon Doug has been reading the Andre Aggisi book, I have been knitting. Its been an afternoon to be indoors.
