Me, swimming

Another momentous swimming blip! Woo hoo! This shot was taken by Mr. Apple because, even though you can't really see it, that's me swimming in the far lane! (look for the baby blue swim cap) I call this pool "the big girl pool" because it's a gorgeous 50m pool built right onto the beach on Puget Sound. In fact, that shimmery effect is the water of the sound reflecting off of the pool walls.

Anyways, I would never have believed this blip would happen at my first swim lesson nearly two months ago. Tomorrow we are off to the lake to do another open water swim and a race simulation.
