Rain

It rained today, it rained, on and off, all day.  The good thing, for me personally,  is that the temperature has lowered from 30 odd degrees to a more average warmth.  So although I started the day feeling definitely underpar, I improved during the day.  I had a blood test this morning, surprisingly in range.  

After lunch we drove out to The Vernon Arms in Hanbury where we met Nicola and Stewart and spent a pleasant afternoon out of the weather.
