Sticker

Another nice September day.

I spent most of my time outside in the garden. 

On Sunday, in Wales the default speed limit in built up areas reduces to 20 mph. In preparation for the change, most of the 30 mph signs have already been replaced and a temporary number "3" sticker covers the  number "2".

This is one of the signs at the entrances to thew village. In some of the neighbouring areas the locals have been getting up to mischief with the stickers (see extra)
