In the Dark

This little jack russell was in the dark as to why his person was not paying him proper attention.

What is she looking at?
Just how interesting can it possibly be?
Is she intending to ignore me forever?

The group is sitting outside the Blackheath Deli (known to locals as the Qantas Lounge).
I noticed a sign in the window advertising it for sale.
A real shame, as everything in it, from fabulous cakes and pastries to a simple sandwich is top quality.

I just read that there is a total fire ban in many parts of the state tomorrow, including Sydney, which has been experiencing a heatwave in early spring.
