Gaeana cheni - Cicada

14°C  -  17 mph W Wind Speed  -  28 mph Gusts  -  Cloudy  -  Sunny Intervals  -  Light Rain.  I have blipped this insect again because yesterday I blipped it calling it a Moth.  Thank you MumOf4Wildlings for doing some research and coming up with the fact that it is actually a Cicada mainly found in East Asia countries.  Actually there are 3,390 species of Cicadas throughout the world  -  probably not as colourful as this one:)  You can find out more about the Gaeana cheni on this LINK.  We've had all four seasons here today  -  I noticed the Postie was well-wrapped up for Winter:-))
