Swanning about....

A dry and calm morning so we took ourselves off for a little wander over at Shoebury Garrison.   I was hoping to see the Kingfisher that has been spotted a fair bit this past week - of course when I show up there's no sign lol!!

But lovely to see the swans and their cygnets looking very healthy .  Had a wander along the seawell to the nice little cafe for a cuppa, and then a walk back through some of the garrison houses where we wouldn't mind moving to..... just need that lottery win first!

Bird food and peanuts have been delivered today so should keep the garden visitors happy again for a while!
