Photographing the ordinary

I'm not sure that I will be doing this every day, but this is number 2 in the series.

I had to go to Haydon Bridge for my Covid jab at the pharmacy this afternoon. There was no waiting and the whole experience was as pleasant as it could be. 

Outside I met Henry and Christine, fellow photographers, walkers and friends. We chatted and then I wandered around the village in search of the "ordinary".

There is an old bridge in the centre of the village. It is used by pedestrians only these days (and dogs). I put the camera low and took a few shots. Interestingly, the people walked on as if nothing had happened.

I like mono for this sort of image.
