Late blooms

I didn't finish work until almost 7 o'clock this evening. It has been manic, non stop and not particularly pleasant, but it is the time of year. Everyone calls, everyone else emails, some do both. It is practically impossible to do any real work.

In addition I was on an Interview skills training course all afternoon. Hence when that finished, me then working so much later. Now feeling very tired. I've done no steps today, but the sofa is going to be my friend tonight as I watch the quiz programmes.
