I went to see Jean during the morning. She was well, and was having her nails done when I got there.
I picked up a bit of food on the way home.
I did a few chores and then went for my flu jab. My lovely pharmacist suggested that I cancel my covid vaccine that I have booked tomorrow, as I am immunosuppressive.
Then rebook after a few days so my body can cope better.
So far, just an aching arm and a bit hot feeling.
