Due to my hectic weekend away I decided to book today as a work from home day as it would give me an extra hour in bed... except I forgot! I was just about to head downstairs to put my shoes on when I realised I didn't have a desk booked in the office! D'oh!

Anyway - haven't left the flat all day and think it's made me feel even more tired! hopefully next couple of days will be good - First Aid training course here I come!
