Veggie Harvest

A member of the Pollok Park gardening team had created this little display with some of the marrows, pumpkins, squashes and a couple of leeks and cabbages that had been collected from the veggie garden.

In the coming weeks the beds will be cleared and left ready for next year's plantings.

It was a fine morning for a walk ..... warm with a very pleasant breeze. I had Holly for an extra walk this week because Lynn was involved with a coffee morning for Macmillan Cancer Support.
