Goalkeeping goodies

Leo had heard about a goalkeeping supply business that was based in Wellington and gave good discounts to local keepers.

We paid it a visit and Leo enjoyed looking at all his mementos as we all as picking up some new gear.  The guy gave him a great discounts as we ended up with 2 match grade pairs of gloves, two pairs of grip socks, a keepers shirt and a wet weather training top for about £130.  I have paid around £60 per pair of gloves before so felt this was a really good deal.  We will definitely be shopping there in the future when we need to top up on keeping supplies.

It remains to be seen if the gloves prove to be lucky ones. He wore one pair on Saturday when playing the Uni and they lost 4-1.  I will have to track that pair and see if they end up with more losses or wins
