Tuesday 11 July 2013: Work Experience

I am a 5th year pupil at an Edinburgh based school and have been given the opportunity to work at Stills for a week for work experience to gain an insight into the photography world, and how a gallery operates behind closed doors. For my first day I was sent a task to travel around some other local galleries to see how they operate compared to Stills and to gain some inspiration in terms of leaflets and advertising. This picture shows an exhibition at the Fruitmarket Gallery by David Batchelor, named Flatlands.
