Riveaulx Abbey Walls

We had a picnic on the way to Helmsley. Called at the Vine Cafe for coffee and cake then had a walk around. In the same gallery we bought my house Martin in last year, we found a ring for P - handcrafted in a really unusual style . He’s never had a wedding ring to wear during our 20 year marriage so we’ve been looking and this is just right . It’s his birthday and Christmas present rolled into one !!:)
We went on to Riveaulx which we both love - such a peaceful atmosphere. Then back to Sandsend for a walk along the prom as the sun went down.
