HERE THEY COME.

The Autumn Fungi season is getting underway. Lots of interest
for those of us who are natural history buffs.

These young Puffballs are just beginning to develop the holes through which they will soon be puffing large numbers of spores to perpetuate their species.

Back now from the woods. Feet up and get to grips with my book.
