Spring Greens…..

The willows down at the Taylor River, have, quite suddenly it seems to me, donned their post-winter garb of soft green leaves. A transformation. Maisie and I were walking before dawn. Here she is, near the end of our walk, crossing the river at the outlet from the ponded area. She was heading off to check out items of interest along the opposite bank. She can be easily distracted but is usually pretty good at coming back to me when she is called.
