Gold amongst the green

I made a batch of soup from the veg lurking in the fridge then went to the RJAH Orthopaedic Hospital at Gobowen for my six monthly injection. Afterwards I had a mooch around the garden centre close by. No purchases were made today but I'm thinking about a couple of plants that I might get when I've made decisions about my garden. 

Later on I went for a walk round the castle. I liked how this one golden sycamore leaf had fallen on to a holly tree.
