These people are making some huge figures along Central Street. They are amazing.

The general shape is made of wood and wire. Then they shape it out with a mixture of mud and straw. After that, they decorate it with live plants. It will grow all summer and die off in winter.

There are lots of these dotted around the city. The long standing ones are there all year round but they replace the real plants with plastic ones in winter.
