Long lasting

It was our Wedding Anniversary on September 1st and Norman bought me a mixed bouquet of flowers which included this spray of orchid. The other flowers have long since faded (well, it is six weeks!) and the orchid has faded a little, but it still looks beautiful . Quite remarkable!
The gardeners came this morning and had a very wet session. They made an impression in the forty minutes they were here.
