Cruffin

A change. As i was in the conservatory shooting wool!! I was visited by an angel who presented me an diabetic, a sugar coated cake known as a cruffin. Yum! A cross between a muffin and a croissant with a slice of nectarine and some gooey cinnamon flavoured dark fruit puree. Ive been in a sugar coma ever since, hallucinating angels. Good never the less
