early this morning

Bottom of the drive. Fortunately the house is up a few steps. It got a bit higher than this before receding mid afternoon. We can just see the centre of the road again now. An inside day. The finishing wax arrived so I can finish the firescreen, and I’ve been cutting strips out of leftover fleece for Mr I’s new hoodie which will be a freebie :-)
