Fun dinner night

Home-made salad and lots of it. A wee bit of pasta and a generous serving of chicken fingers of a kind we haven't had before. A Grolsch. And some peaches for dessert. The new diet regime allows for some fun dinners while still eating fairly healthily. Normally, the chicken would be a skinless breast or maybe some thighs. The carbs are rice or quinoa or maybe potato but a lot less than we used to eat. I'm down about 24 lbs or 11 kg over the past year and still going down about 3o0 g/wk on average lately.
