An evening stroll

The last evening before the clocks go back, and we have early dark evenings again. We popped over to St Bees to take a walk along the beach - it took a while, but some colour developed in the sky, and I did like the minimalist feel of the two people with the dog on the vast expanse of beach. These shots never take just the one photo - I concentrated on their steps and took a few attempts of getting them perfectly in step and in just the same leg positions. 

After St Bees, we went to Siddick Pond in Workington, and were treated to a wonderful Starling murmuration (extra)
